I have learned many things during my fieldwork
observation. One of the most important things I have learned would be that
children work and understand concepts in many different ways.
As teachers, it is our job to provide many learning
possibilities for the student’s success. These learning possibilities include
teaching in multiple learning modes to accommodate all students while incorporating
multicultural materials, as well as, having organized procedures in classroom
management.
If we decide not to accept that students learn
differently many will be left behind. It is important to understand that
children are different where no two are alike or learn alike. If this idea is actuated
into teaching, effective learning will be the outcome. The goal is for ample
learning to occur for all students.
